Chinese Democracy or Cash In Now!?

Well it's been 15 years in the making and this past Sunday Axl and Best Buy ? released the Chinese Democracy album to the General Public, of course over the years various incarnations of this project have crept out including back in 2007 for a very short time on commercial radio before being yanked from being released, although yours truly has been playing various tracks from this album from almost inception of Radio Clandestino hitting the airwaves. So the question is WHY NOW? is it YOU are getting hard up for money? and feel the time to cash in is NOW before the entire economy hits the shit fan? is this your attempt to "stimulate the economy" and bring hope to the millions upon millions of fans worldwide? is this due to the election of Barak Obama? (But for your info, if THIS WAS the case Axl you should have picked another source for a Sunday release, because as the record shows Bestbuy WAS one of the TOP financial supporters of the GOP convention this past Summer, NOT a group or business one would associate with Democracy most would argue)or was it the fact that TOO many copies were being leaked to the masses and it was either release now while you still have some control? as for the "official release" I am very glad it was better late than never and now the millions of fans can personally posses and listen to what just a few of us had the sweet pleasures of enduring. As for real Chinese Democracy? well it looks the only way the Chinese Fans will get a taste is from the bootlegs on the streets(As if THEY weren't already out there) Well I guess I lost the bet, what would come first, release of this album, Serious Solutions to Global Warming or Real Chinese Democracy, Yeah once again Axl you come out on top.

Damn those Mosquitos

Last year was on the dry side but this year has been very wet and the fucking mosquitos are the size of ravens this year and out for blood, so if youré a vampyre, you have some competition this season...... James forced me to watch Office Space(the Bastage) this afternoon after his story about wannabe gangbangers,,,,,good thing they are just wannabe's as I just finished working on a house of some wannabe native mob fucks who were evicted because they shot up the neighbors house just because she told them to "go fuck off"and leave her cousin alone....so yeah this is the real thing here...no respect for life or property...but anyhow I did go back after the movie and finish transplanting those seedlings in an eariler photo,,, and managed to keep the pricks to a minimum this time, good thing Trichocereus Pachanoi and T. Peruviana are easy to work with while young, but once the peruvianas get older then watch out as they have very long sharp spines that hurt like hell. I also transplanted some Amaranth seedlings, some dill and some of my heirloom bean seeds, now its almost time for bed as I am beat......but never too tired to rock out for a while and I have 3 cd's that came in the mail today to review and if they cut the mustard to make the playlist for Radio Clandestino.

transplanting,Loss of First tooth,Zoo Walk Fire & Marshmalos

Yesterday was quite the busy day, transplanted some baby seedling cacti, cut the grass, took a trip to the lake Superior Zoo(aka Duluth Zoo) but was quite dissappointing as many of the cages were empty and as was recenly stated in local news it appears the city is turning management over to the National Zoological Society to take over management duties and try to turn the failing program into a moneymaking thriving enterprise once again. I picked up some more small pots to transplant some more seedlings and then visited Cornel Sanders for some chicken. We returned home and worked outside in the yard then it was time for a fire and a few fireworks, and then time for bed and to await the "tooth Fairy". The Gabester woke today to find he received $5 for his tooth. Today was spent doing a little house cleaning and lots of relaxing and lying around, doing some musicx reviews and updating my playlist with new submissions. tomorrow it's back to the grind, but on the bright side a 3 day work week and 3 days off, Damn I'm gonna like there 4 day work weeks this summer.

Downloading RIAA Kicks Ass In Duluth

Thats right folks RIAA won their case and I admit...the defense argument was very weak and had many flaws and holes in it, although I admit I was cheering for the defense I soon realized that this battle taking place near my back yard was a loosing proposition and even could not get anyone to bet against me, and No no monetary values were discussed as I am NOT a gambler....if I was I'd own a casino ok another story............Ok folks I do admit I am a bit jittery about this issue because I do want to know the full details because perhaps yours truly will see if I do indeed have a Chance to Sue RIAA for price gouging and fixing , yes I did receive my $13 check for signing on for a class action lawsuit because they were over pricing music cd's and with the help of sam goody/music land and a few other outlets, but if they can get 30,000 for a fucking song then I think these assholes owe me for at least 25 albums/cd's I personally feel I am entitled to more but like them hey 24 @ 30,000 a song I will be a happy camper(yes indeed up in the Andie's or Caucasians or Olympics) but lets get real why is it ok for RIAA to fuck the consumer and most importantly the artists as they have over the decades and then comes along a technology breakthrough with a fuck you attitude and they cry foul play? NO FUCK YOU RIAA I SERIOUSLY WONDER just how much of this money will actually go to the artists rather than you fucking bank accounts? and When Will you allow Legit Labels to form to LEGALLY SELL BOOTLEGS? I mean really if you fucktards had a clue you could be getting free money for the work and expense of others.....................but as I like to say FUCK EM LONG LIVE ROCK N ROLL

Save Internet Radio

Internet broadcasting is being threatened to be shut down by a recent bill being introduced HR2060. This bill only targets small broadcasters and NOT FM,Cable,Satellite, or Large Corporate Broadcasters, they are exempt from the $500 a year fee plus ridiculous royalty fees that small broadcasters will have to pay, not only does this shut down broadcasters like myself from playing many indie and unsigned artists but it hurts the independent artists themselves by shutting the door to outlets to get world wide exposure to their music, as well as music by established artists that the FM and Corporate stations will NEVER air. Contact your Congressional Rep. and let them they need to VOTE NO for Bill HR2060.
